Tammela recorded a whopping 14 shots on goal and scored two goals in a 6-2 away win against KOOVEE U20. He was strong along the boards, played with good balance and could withstand contact on the cycle in the offensive zone. He attacked with his eyes up and did a good job on getting off the wall before moving the puck to an open teammate. He had puck poise and could free up his teammates with smart passing. He had swift hands and a good stick in traffic. He was around the puck and always looking to make himself available for passes. On multiple occasions he was the first forward back in the defensive zone and it looked like he had a good understanding of his assignments. He had good quickness; could have played a bit more in the interior of the ice. A skilled forward whom opponents need to be aware of in every shift.
